Tells of the persian king's decree allowing the captives held by the Babylonians to return to their lands and to restore their temples. (I got this from a book, but I don't have it in front of me, and so I can't type the source....at least not yet, I gave it to one of my little nieces who is also a history buff. I'll write down the source when I get the chance)
