Dwayne Tryumf

Is an up and coming christian rap artist from Great Britain. Below is a Youtube of one of his videos
Dwayne Tryumf on a British news station.
Dwayne Tryumf featured on "Don't Waste your Life" by Lecrea on his new album called "Rebel". He says the words "I carry a Johny Mac", for those that don't know christian hiphop slang. It means "I carry a John Macauthor Study Bible". It's a very popular "Calvinistic" study Bible in some christian rap circles.
Dwayne Tryumf on Wade-O radio (a christian hiphop radio show):
The Mp3 Quicktime Switchpod (It's about a 2 hour show)
To hear it on Itunes (It's about a 2 hour show)

In the interview he said that he was being Discipled by Lecrea or Reach Records....I forgot which. But we all know what that means. It means they are trying to turn him into a Calvinist. I know he wants to be on Reach Records but that's a too high price to pay.

If you're a fan of holy hip-hop, you should check out rapper Tre the Third. He's got a sound all his own and delivers a powerful message. His album drops in Spring 09, but you can hear some of his tracks on his MySpace page - www.myspace.com/trethethird.
Thanks!!! Yeah, I dabble in a few christian hiphop circles. I'm not as deep in it as I use to be. But yeah, I still like it.

Hello, this is actually Dwayne Tryumf from the UK. I just stumbled across this page while checking my name on Google. For the record I don't hold to any one MAN'S school of teaching i.e. Calvin. Reason being is that MAN is FALLEN but Jesus is PERFECT. I hold to CHRIST ALONE, in Him my hope, and belief is found.
Grace, mercy and peace.
Alot of people from different schools of thought claim to hold to Christ Alone. Just be careful when being discipled. You should first learn the school of thought of the discipler first......it will save you alot of heart ache and pain later in life.
The last thing you want is the feeling of being dupped. I've been there, and I don't want to see the same happen to you.
Take care and God bless!
