A Western Rite Orthodox Mass

I don't know if this is Saint Tikhons(A revised Anglican Liturgy) or Saint Gregorys(An old Roman Catholic Liturgy) western rite Mass. Maybe someone who is more informed can let us know.

    Holy Incarnation Uses Saint Gregory the Great Liturgy of the Holy Mass. Pre-Vatican II - decades pre!
    Disappointing to see how few people in attendance.
    In Detroit, Islam grows, Christianity withers and dies.
